Refund Policy

We accept refunds within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original form of payment.

Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with the the original tags still intact. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, please contact support@sundaysbybenji.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

All items marked final sale are non-returnable, non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

Please contact support@sundaysbybenji.com within 7 days of receiving your items to request a return. If approved, we will email you the return documents. If your return invoice is not completed within 3 days of the issuing, you will no longer be eligible for a return.

Please note that returned merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with the the original tags still intact. All returns are subject to a flat $10 return fee. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside our standard return window, please contact support@sundaysbybenji.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will refund you to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank institution.

In the case you received an incorrect item or defective item, contact us at support@sundaysbybenji.com. Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
